The surplus solar/wind energy can be converted into hydrogen energy and stored in solid-state. Then the hydrogen can supply fuel cell for electricity generation when there is no sun or wind, or be safely transported to other places in solid-state to supply fuel cell for electricity generation or other applications. This realizes self-sufficiency and inter-connectivity of renewable clean energy.
